Ive updated index.md to follow WordPress Japanese translation guidelines*, in order to do better visibility of websites for Japanese users. Mainly added to put into spaces before or after English word. * see below; http://wpdocs.osdn.jp/WordPress_%E3%81%AE%E7%BF%BB%E8%A8%B3/%E7%BF%BB%E8%A8%B3%E3%82%AC%E3%82%A4%E3%83%89%E3%83%A9%E3%82%A4%E3%83%B3 No change on Japanese expression out of respect to rock star of Kushimoto.
